Overview of the Repair Process

Whilst no two repairs are ever the same our approach to delivering exceptional service and quality remains consistent. Whether we are repairing your Ford or Ferrari our level of care remains outstanding.

• We only use the highest quality products during the repair process.

• Accurate colour-matching to manufacturer specifications/codes using our in-house mixing scheme to guarantee a perfect colour finish.

• Vehicles are painted within our HALTEC spray-booth under a controlled atmosphere to the correct temperature and pressure settings as per manufacturer specifications.

• Investment in the latest equipment such as the Miracle Pull-System allows us to repair dented panels without heavy use of filler.

Post Repair

• All painted panels are polished using a hand-held machine polisher to remove any imperfections and to ensure that any adjacent unpainted panels look as glossy as the freshly painted surfaces.

• A breathable wax is applied to the freshly painted panels to ensure maximum protection against the elements.

• Vehicles are meticulously inspected and subjected to a rigorous quality-control check to ensure that the repair has met our own exceptionally high-standards.

• We’re so confident in our abilities that we offer a lifetime warranty on all our repairs and paintwork as standard.
